The importance of not combining herbs, supplements, drugs, foods and eating it in an empty stomach
Hello,
You may have read some of my posts where i explain that it is best to use only one "treatment" at a time in an empty stomach, so that you know if the elements of the herb or drug or supplement or food is efficient to kill the
parasite you are trying to get rid of.
Some of you advise people to combine herbs which may be a good thing to do if the effects of this combination have anti parasitic properties.
HOWEVER if you eat several herbs, drugs, supplements, foods at the same time, like people often explain on this forum, the treatment you are using may either be useless or dangerous !
Why ? Simply because each herb, drug, supplement, food, can interact and combine with others and produces different chemical reactions than what was desired in the first place.
That's why it is important to know what you are doing before trying to combine several herb, drug, supplement, food.
To illustrate my sayings i will give you an obvious proof :
Lemon juice has antibacterial and antiparasitic properties.
Bicarbonate sodium has antifungal properties.
Now try combining the two and see what happens...

Eating one treatment at a time in an empty stomach (or when fasting with a clean colon) is the best way to know what are the effects of the treatment.
The combination of foods has an importance too because it can produce different chemical reactions, see the work of
Herbert Shelton , JH Tilden for explanations.
Of course it is impossible to know all the parameters which can influence a treatment, because each human body has a different load of toxins and parasites, and different organs efficiency, but at least you know if it's good or not for you. If you combine several herbs, drugs, supplements, foods, you can't experience the REAL EFFECT of one treatment.
