Re: The importance of not combining herbs, supplements, drugs, foods and eating it in an empty stomach

I have the myrrh, and haven't tried that yet. I forgot quassia, which sucks because I ordered from three different places the other day, and I'll just have to leave it out for now, the S&H from Mountain Rose is higher than the product for just one item.

Maybe when I order I will add some red clay and do a body wrap. It was listed as an item in an e-book I ordered a couple of years ago. I pulled alot of toxins out and it had a great effect on my skin. I just read something a couple of days ago about internal cleansing with it also.

Back to what David was saying.....just like me forgetting the quassia. We read about all these things working for others, want to try everything, but if we did it all at once, we don't know which actually works.

I felt great recently after month long garlic cleanse, then went to herbs for a few weeks and felt super! Then while still on the herbs, I felt horrible. Was that die off, or were the herbs not working and my population was building? I went back to garlic and feel so much better. It's like having a bi-polar colony of worms.
