> Very interesting -- so the morning after your flush, you do not do the last 2 doses of ES and use SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) instead?

Right. In fact I only take one dose of ES, 2 hours before the oil/juice.

I decided to do it this way after reading a lot on http://www.askshelley.com and http://www.sensiblehealth.com.

> curious -- before you started using SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for the end of the flush, did you do the 4 doses of ES? and if so, did you notice the same results in your flush, or better or worse using the SWF?

No, I've always done it the same way for all of my 7 flushes.

Even if using more ES would help me get out more stones, I wouldn't want to use more. Epsom Salts are dehydrating and hard on the kidneys and upset electrolyte balance if used in excess.
