Re: Ginagirl
Hi; I never started thyroid meds in the first place; I just followed the
Iodine protocol (and thereabout) and was persistant with it. I also healed my adrenals along the way. I am lucky to live in a country with non-fluoridated or chlorinated water, that may have a say in it.
The use of borax was, if anything the magic wand I believe.
Took care of the candida thing.
I raised my body temperature from 36 ish to 37 ish, and tecnically I am not hypo T anymore. I thrive when I am a little warmer than "normal" 37,4 C is great, while when it is 37 or even 36,9 the energy drops.
It all took time, my digestion came up to par just lately, the last year or so.
Now and again I can have setbacks, usually when my adrenals are hit, like with the happenings in Norway lately. But I am relatively quickly good again.
The connection between the endocrine glands, how they work together,is a clue. I believe iodine&co kickstarts this system.
