I know I've posted links somewhere on MSM but I don't know where at this moment. It's main benefit when juice feasting it that it makes our cell more permeable to be able to absorb more nutrient. There are a myriad of other benefits. The most commonly known are joint and connective tissue benefits but there are still many more benefits. Just google "MSM benefits".
I use hemp oil cause it contains the perfect balance of omega 3 & 6 the body uses and it's the least expensive to boot. There are "blends" that you can find in most healthfood stores that claim to achieve this balance but they are expensive. The other option is Flax seed oil which doesn't have the perfect balance but it leans to the EFA that we generally lack the most. Most likely if you can find Flax or the blends they will have the hemp oil also.
