Microsilica was at first the only product I took for chelation, this was when I had one more Amalgam due to be removed. I was taking a couple of other herbal products but I began those before the microsilica. Within a short amount of time after I began the microsilica, I noticed improvement, a greater feeling of clarity, less fatigue, and more fluid emotional tone.
The microsilica seems to have benefited me primarily in the emotional area, whereas the phospholipid exchange (the only other chelator I have taken besides chlorella, and which I began only recently) seems to impact the mental dimension, at least in my case. So anyway, I like both of them. I have never taken DMSA or straight ALA, however (although ALA is an ingredient in the phospholipid exchange), so I can't make any comparisons there. I am doing all of this under the supervision of a student of Klinghardt, so I am basically just following the protocol she is setting out for me.
