Re: Stressed and wired 24/7

This is great info, Sal! Thanks so much!
I have been working with Dr Lam for 3 months and am steadily becoming intolerant to the vitamin c.
I have been concerned about what i will do if this does not turn around, rose hips have been good for you?
What is the difference? How do they deliver C with out being overwhelming if you are sensitive to it?
My dr just told me that it is quite common for people to develop sensitivities to Vitamin C and that there is a "desensitizing" process that can be done by acupuncturists to correct all kinds of sensitivities, wheat, etc...
I am thinking about doing that too if I need it.
When I get more info from her, I will post it on here for anyone interested in tracking down a practitioner in their area.
I am about to quit Lam I think. How long did you work with him?

Good luck to you, Mohaienne!
What kind of cortisol tests did you have done?
A saliva test should be pretty accurate but some doctors don't know and will test with blood or urine which will not show the true levels.
