Oh my gosh, I think you might be on to something. I Googled on Copper toxicity, and the symptoms describe my experience to a T. I just ran across a website similar to this one for Paraguard users (the Copper T IUD), who are having identical issues. One posting even said they wished they'd have gone with the Mirena! This site talks about it, and how it can affect the fight or flight response, and mess with norepinephrine - the only lab test I had which was abnormally high.

Verrrrry interesting. PM Laredo7, thank you for the post, and if you have time, can you post more details about what your post-mirena journey was like? I've been on this road for well over 3 years now, and am still not 100%. Would LOVE to be over this!
