hi there, just so you know the more depleated your body is in zinc the more it will seem to cause symptoms in the begining, this is because zinc is pushing out copper and excreating it, if you have slow bowels it's importatnt to get them moving with magnesium citrate powder to that the copper can be flushed out... that improved for me after a few weeks and the zinc is a lifesaver especially for stress....also B-6 is vital for making progesterone so that's a good one to take and higher dose vitamin C, i take mine as magnesium ascorbate, if you keep on with the low copper diet and high zinc this will balance out, there are many docs who swear by this combo for curing MS, Fibro, and many mental illnesses, keep me posted:)
