Thank you! These setbacks are very frustrating! At least I don't hate my husband and wish he would die like I did while the Mirena was in! That was scary. I must say my leg tingling seems a bit better--I think the magnesium helped. But it's not fair to feel worse during ovulation (10-12 days) and before period (5+ days) because in a 25 day cycle that is pretty much the whole month!
Well, I'm going to try zinc because that seems easy enough. (Thank you, Laredo, for suggesting that). I looked up copper to see how to avoid high levels. Turns out chocolate has a high level of copper!!! Figures. But this is day 18 of headache so I guess I'd better put the Hershey's away. . .
