My Ortho MD called yesterday to see how I was, and told me I have soft bones, but should be OK as long as I don't get hit by any more cars.

I miss my motorcycle badly and being able to walk without crutches. But, I need to do what the Ortho MDs tell me to do until that ankle looks OK on x-ray. I go back in about 2 weeks, at which time they may take the cast off and put me back into a stabilizing boot for 2-4 weeks. In the meantime I sleep grounded and get grounded during the day, juicing with Superfood and cayenne every AM, vegan foods, IF1, etc.

I even managed to do a Coffee-Enema today on my bed. The pain meds FINALLY got me feeling a tad better. I was in a WORLD of hurt today earlier. I just felt sooooo bad, it hurt all over. It made me more depressed too. Tweet
