I accepted 2 Rx's of these thing, after they put a screw into my broken ankle today to set it. It tends to sting some and I may want to take *some* meds to get over the hump until the inflammation goes sway and I start to feel better.
The Oxycodone has no Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone has none.
Which is more liver friendly? I just may need some for a couple of days only.

I would keep the ankle grounded 24x7 if possible...
One of the most discussed benefits of grounding are the anti-inflammatory effects\benefits.
Eat an anti-inflammatory diet too.
these two things will at minimum, minimize your need for the pain medications... and according to resources, help heal the wound much faster.

Hi Grz,
I'm grounded every night. I got my sheet a week or two ago.
The screw stings plus the swelling still hasn't faded away, and I'm not sure how long it will take to do so.
One thing that really helps if elevating the legs and ice packs every 2 hours. I need to stay off my feet as much as I can at this time.
I think the Oxycodnone without Acetaminophen may be better. Acetaminophen may be quite bad for the liver, especially if taken for a long time. I plan to use this stuff for a few days maximum. I may change my mind and not take any of either tomorrow. I cat get relief from being on my bed grounded but the stinging is someone I need to tolerate if I do, and it's probably temporary. I've never taken many pain pills before - only for a day or two and at very low doses, like 1/2 a tablet.

I'm wondering if you have the Bf&C, Herbal Calcium and the Deep Tissue Repair Oil that was in one of the links that Water posted for you? It seems like they would go a long way toward relieving your pain and healing your bones and I know you like to keep as natural as possible.

That was fantastic information! Water gave the original links that had it all in there, and you summarized beautifully!
There's absolutely NO DOUBT that the Deep Tissue Repair Oil lessens/removes inflammation and provides an ample measure of pain relief.
In fact, my mom has osteoarthritis (one knee is really bad), and yesterday she somehow severely damaged her good knee. She was in such horrible pain she was wincing with every step or movement (and she has phenomenal pain tolerance).
About 2 hours ago Rocky took her a bottle of Deep Tissue Repair Oil. She rubbed in several droppersful and he went on to town to do errands and pick her up a few groceries. My Ortho MD called yesterday to see how I was, and told me I have soft bones, but should be OK as long as I don't get hit by any more cars.
I miss my motorcycle badly and being able to walk without crutches. But, I need to do what the Ortho MDs tell me to do until that ankle looks OK on x-ray. I go back in about 2 weeks, at which time they may take the cast off and put me back into a stabilizing boot for 2-4 weeks. In the meantime I sleep grounded and get grounded during the day, juicing with Superfood and cayenne every AM, vegan foods, IF1, etc.
I even managed to do a Coffee-Enema today on my bed. The pain meds FINALLY got me feeling a tad better. I was in a WORLD of hurt today earlier. I just felt sooooo bad, it hurt all over. It made me more depressed too. - [Message Subject Hidden by a Forum Moderator] pharmason

They put a screw into my ankle Tuesday in same day surgery. It hurts like heck today but I haven't taken any pills for it. I asked for 6 pain killer pills because I don;t like meds, but they sent me home with prescriptions for $45 worth of stuff, which I had filled, that's going to get thrown away. Some stuff to supposedly reduce nausea, Oxycodone (30) and Hydrocodone (50).
I took ONE Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen in yet yesterday. Still had dry mouth from anesthetic or something today, and I didn't want to add to it by taking more meds of any kind.
It's against my religion and the religion of natural healing to take pills. I'm going to take the pain and my Earthing sheet will eventually help me heal. I should feel better in a few days.
Ortho MD called and said I have soft bones but he got the screw in my ankle OK and said I should be OK as long as I don't get hit by any more cars.
They gave me a 1 gram dose of Antibiotics in my IV yesterday. He said it would help a lot to prevent infection.
They were going to give me a 2 gram dose, which is what they give to most people but I talked them into reducing it by half. I wasn't going to, but changed my mind.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,842,448I was miserable, in excruciating pain in my legs and could not sleep so I took an Oxycodone. In the past I've gotten by with no pills at all and threw them away but this time I collided with a car on my 21 sped bike doing 30 MPH. I took magnesium citrate yesterday too, but the pain was still unbearable. I do think I'll be able to get off the meds in a few days, or, I sure hope so.
