I will say nobody knows how long it takes to end with it. Some people get well easy, others need more time, and some others never heal at all. I have done many things and I can say I am better but far to be cured. I have mixed Bentonite and psyllum with liquid caprylic acid and nystatin powder. I think the mix give positive results. You probably can use Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with good results. To re-activate the immune system against candida and to recover the competitive flora are two difficult tasks.
