Ajian is right almost all nuts and seeds can be somewhat irritating to the gut/hard to digest. I dont digest any seeds or nuts that well. Occasionally i did roasted pumpkin seeds but had to give those up because they are a mild diurectic and found myself having some mineral loss with them. Seems like nuts and seeds have astringent qualities somewhat aggravating the gut. I can get away with doing some nuts or raosted buttters for a day or two. But after that that start to cause issues. The butters seem to be hard to digest.
