but i can see where that might not always be the case. i dont have the experience you have with fluoride and i know how insidious that stuff can be. you will just have to experiment your way through it. Iodine is out of the body in 24 hours so that should be the longest you have to deal with it if it gets to be too much. also, take heart, the worst detox is the first detox. it does keep getting better.
