sorry to see that you're still dealing with this problem. The fact that you brought your hair to its original color is something you should be proud of. It seems that your natural healing has reached a plateau and you need that extra push to get you to the next level.

Andreas Moritz has a theory that makes perfect sense to me. When the digestive system and the excretory organs are compromised in any way, the body excretes toxins via paths that are still open: skin, scalp, joints, etc. Everybody's system is different and uses different ways to get rid of toxins. Your body, despite your regular BMs, chooses to excrete the toxins through the scalp, as it is the shortest path out. It could be that you have a concentration of toxins in your scalp due to hair coloring years ago. I color my hair regularly and have severe hair loss. I can't stop coloring as my hair is completely white but I'm trying to help my scalp any way I can.

The only way I can think of you cleansing deeper is by doing liver flushes. The liver is the main filter of toxins. If it's clogged the toxins get recirculated and end up in organs or skin. As much as HV opposes the liver flushes, they are incredibly useful in removing hardened bile that clogs the bile ducts. parasites lay their eggs behind these cholesterol stones and as long as you have fluke eggs in your liver you will have liver flukes. The stones and the flukes combined stop the liver from filtering your blood effectively.
To be very clear, I am not talking about Gallstones being eliminated but about hardened bile, which is still soft enough to take the shape of the bile ducts. When you squeeze them, they are fairly soft, however, this consistency is too hard to be removed naturally. parasites that live in the liver eat the bile, which changes its composition and thus hardens.
