Thanks guys!!! I really appreciate all the support. I had the day off today but tomorrow I go back to work. I think it might help to stay busy like you said. It's funny how I can make it through the mornings but as soon as I get home after work and sit down on the couch my mind sends a signal saying to eat eat eat! And it's all mental. I will keep my head up and keep on focusing on all the benefits to come! I might start reading some Shelton too, to help stay focused. The hardest part is around dinner time when the rest of my family starts to eat. I usually just go in the other room or go for a walk. Good luck to you all!
