Re: IF 1 or Para-cleanse?

I went back and read your first post in the forum to see if I could answer your question about what kind of food program you should be using. Due to the candida, you definitely don't want to eat sugary fruit, stick to green apples and fruit that is not filled with sugar.  I think it would be best to let Uny answer you regarding the diet, just wanted to let you know to steer clear of sweet fruit in the meantime.  I don't see anything wrong with going raw until she answers you.

Also, in your original post you mention that you have adrenal issues.  Ashwagandha is FANTASTIC for the adrenals, the difference in me when I started with it was night and day!  You could also get started with that, I think it would really help you.
