IF 1 or Para-cleanse?

I know I have candida and may also have either Adrenal Dysfunction or a Sympathetic Nervous System stuck in survival mode as my major symptoms all came after two consecutive panic attacks.

I also suffer from brain fog, memory loss, constipation, bloating, and very loose unfinished bowels. What is the best Colon Cleanse out there? I'm considering IF by Dr. Schulze as well as paracleanse. Would anyone recommend one over the other and why?
