My main problem though is worms in my front parts.. not sure abotu noxema on that???? But they have migrated or 'scattered' to there and its bad news. When we we started cleansing both my son and I had them in urethas and we were in so much pain. It made my son wet himself lots and I had to sleep with my knees up to chest to stop it hurting. It was a true knightmare when we started this...
