If you can't get Noxzema in the UK, one lady here said she killed them just with baby oil. YOu could maybe use baby oil with some Eucalyptus essential oil added it. Noxzema feels definitely tingly, but is never painful, so maybe you could experiment with that info and make the cure yourself.

Again, though, I would not try to treat just them.
