Sorry......another point! We cannot get Noxema in the UK.
However I found in Boots in the herbal/Homeopathic section a herbal balm in a small green tin called Zam Buk.

its contents are Petroleum jelly, eucalyptus, Pine oil, camphor, thyme oil! What a combination! This will do instead!
