Thank you Shroom and how do we do that exactly, we can't even get a referral to an ID specilist .
Do you have any suggestions on how to talk with your primary care Dr. to get to second base. What are some good inticing lines or proof that expedites such promising actions to take place?

I know this is a complicated question but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also what does one say to the primary DOC when they want you to take a stool test for pinworms?
