For me it's a protien shake in the morning that is key. Protien powder (not whey!), frozen berries, yoghurt then throw in all those liquid and powdered supplements that you should be taking to start the day. You can add peanut butter for texture or other stuff for taste. I don't care; it's not bad at all...
I generally do two days worth and leave one in the fridge. That just seems to keep me on track of doing it.
Like everything, when you're exhuasted, keeping it simple makes it work (as others have said in their own way).
