A yummy dessert I sometimes make that is
Sugar free and high in protein.
Need a food processor for this.
Mix in processer. One cup of cottage cheese
tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup, frozen, diced straweberries
or blueberries, raspberries
3 tablespoons of heavy whip cream
Truvia or Stevia ...to your sweetness
Than blend for 1-2 minutes, till very creamy.
I like to serve it in an elegant stemmed glass.
So you feel like you are having a strawberry mousse.
