I really appreciate all of your great responses, thanks.

They mean a lot to me.

Personally, I'm trying to eat "squares" at each meal time, but it seems never enough. I always seem to be having to fight to consume enough calories, while avoiding certain things like refined oils and refined carbohydrates etc.

It's so tough to know what to eat for best health currently.
