OK cool, i wasnt sure whether you needed to stop the liver cleanse completely then start the liver flush. I thought there may have been some health complications with doing a Liver Flush and still having leaky gut thus allowing toxins back into the bloodstream, i dont know, i am just speculating to a certain extent really!

The liver cleanse is certainly cheaper than the Bowel Cleanse with less supplements needed! I will be trying it for sure.
