i experienced something similar to die off after my 1st flush. recommened in the flush instructions by Andreas are
colonics which i have not been doing. ive neglected to follow-up my flushes w/ any type of cleanse because i havnt had the time. i've found that the bentonite/psyllium husk shakes helped rid me of the headaches after the 1st flush so i continued those until the 2nd flush. it was about a month between the 1st and 2nd flush, and the headaches continued right up until the 2nd flush. i dont recall any die-off symptoms after the 2nd flush. so far so good w/ the 3rd flush but it may be too early to tell.
i also did an 18-day
parasite cleanse between the 1st and 2nd flush, using the
Wormwood , clove, and
Black-Walnut hull but did not notice any
parasites in my stool or flush.
i have been using
The Clark Flush as outlined in the pdf file written by Andreas. i basically just do the ES and OO/grapefruit juice mix, no HCL. ive replaced the 1/2 cup
OO (Olive-Oil) w/ 1 cup for my 3rd flush. i try to drink the bentonite/psyllium shake before and after a flush but am not consistent w/ this.
i've always known that there was something wrong w/ my health. some may call me a hypochondriac. through the years i've gone through so many fad diagnoses: hypothyroid, Addison's disease, wilson's syndrome (low basil temp), depression/dysthymia, CFS, candidiasis, etc. i've spent alot of money on naturopaths, blood work, mail order pills, supplements, and finally i just gave up and figured that i was going to have to live like this the rest of my life.
the
Liver Flush was my last ditch effort. since it was cheap, practically free, i had nothing to lose and everything to gain. the results have been fantastic w/ little to no change to my lifestyle. i do what i want, and eat what i want. i have just recently started to drink again, which i have refrained from in the past due to an allergic reaction. but i've noticed that my liver has been able to process the alcohol much better now. i do and have always enjoyed a healthy/active lifestyle, something that has had a very minimal impact to my symptoms/ailments.
