3rd flush results

i performed my 3rd Liver Flush on 5/31-6/1/2006. this was the 1st time i've been able to successfully flush out good size stones. the 2nd flush yielded hundreds of small 1/8th inch stones. and i only expelled only chaffe on the 1st flush though i prepped using the 4 herbs from Julia Chang (Chinese Bitters, GCG, Coptis, and Curcuma) followed by a 2-day apple juice fast.

this time i took 1 cup of olive oil rather than 1/2 cup.

im expecting to perform another flush in 2-weeks, hopefully being able to get in at least 2 flushes before the July 4th holiday weekend.

i'm feeling really REALLY good about everything: my health, my life, the future. the flushes have totally given me back my life which i feel that i've lost about 12 years ago. im finally regaining perspective and direction. im able to think clearly and my energy levels have increased dramatically. i wake up every morning around 6-6:30am and do not get tired until midnight-1am.

i also look the best i've looked in years. my hair is finally moist and soft. my complexion is clear and lively. i go to the gym every morning before work and am loving it.

i'm feeling great and to think that things will only get better is very encouraging. this is going to be a great summer.
