Well, I felt the candida flareup within about 20 minutes of eating those gluten-free dairy-free cookies, and I took the enzymes then. Funny thing is that I didn't feel "candida-ed" later that day, or at all today.
This isn't something I plan to keep doing; in fact, I'm gonna stay sugar-free for a long time, until this mess is over. But I proved to myself that I can tolerate the occasional Sugar (and it was 63g total in those cookies). So I'm definitely on the home stretch to killing the, well, mercury that caused the candida (that's my focus now), and the candida.
