Darn. Birthday today, so I got a gluten-free dairy-free (I have two food intolerances ) sugar-containing treat. I was thinking of having it anyway considering that my candida and mercury are both going away, the Amalgams are gone, and I've been feeling a lot better over the past month plus. I figured a temporary flareup might be worth it since it would be temporary anyway.
Blah. I'm getting better, but I can't wait for this to be done. There's good tasting foods on my anti-candida diet, but I don't want to have it 24/7 365 forever.
