I'd read on one site, when looking up info on candida-killing enzymes, that supposedly you can eat a banana and then, 20 minutes later, take the enzymes, and they will kill the candida that comes out to feed on the banana. It referred to this as "baiting" the candida.
Anyway, is there any truth to this? Could I, once in a blue moon, eat something sugary and then take enzymes 20 minutes later to kill the candida while it's trying to feed, and expect a positive result? Or would it be counterproductive to even have eaten the food in the first place?
