Yup mom is fine now. She had full osteoporosis at 45. She remembers having eye floaters, muscle wasting, weak legs. She had it pretty bad.

She has been able to do normal things for years. Surprisingly, it looks like the Valium was very affective is calming down her nervous system, which probably let her adrenals recover. They used to hand that stuff out like aspirin. This would have been in the early 70's.

I'm trying the Healing Codes, Meditation, and Buteyko method to calm down my nervous system....I think it's working. Tweet
