Been having some acupuncture.

And also some insights...
I hardly ever remember my dreams, but I woke up one day and I remembered I had two dreams about worms or parasites or something. I knew I had worms.
And then my girlfriend reminded me of the water poisoning we had 2 years ago (a pipe lying in the hot sun which we thought was connected to 'good' water. It was not. It was just lying there, being infested.) We were sick (really sick) for ten days, lost 10 kilograms each in weight, and we could hardly walk after that.

Humaworm... been investigating. I want to order, but I just read on their website that there's no shipping to the EU due to the ban.

What are my options now? Any other ideas on how to clean myself? Also why think of parasites and not of fungi? Humaworm also has a fungi-recipe.
