Hi, Lifestream,
You sound like a good researcher and you suggest some very good solutions to your problems.
You could be suffering the effcts of your own individual ailments, or you could be reacting to some of society's general ills. Deciding which is difficult, so you may have good fortune by NOT focussing too strenuously on any one part of it, just on overall well-being.
To me, I hear the word 'circulation' in your post...though, if movement hurts, I would build on any exercise-type program very slowly.
Are you able to pick and choose your foods, herbals, and water?
Also, do you have access to a knowledeable nutritionist, or naturopath?
Even a massage therapist, or an accupuncturist might help...even if only for thoughtful company while you track down possible causes.
Hu-Mana-Tea could help, I think. It bonds with toxins and helps move them out the back door, I believe.
Humaworm could also be a very good
parasite killer for you. It has helped thousands of people over the years.
If these are not available to you, go to the Humaworm forum here on CureZone and learn the seven herbals called 'in-betweens' which you will likely find in your grocery store. They will keep any
parasites at bay.
Please don't mix them all together, as I did, because it tastes yucky. Some go well with, say, fruits...and some go well with savories. Follow your own tastes, consuming each of the seven in equal amounts daily, in your food.
Humaworm is great at least twice a year (minimum 90 days between rounds), for everyone over two years old.
Get your foods directly from the most knowledgeable organic growers you can find.
Eat meat in moderation.
Start your night's sleep no later than ten p.m. or earlier.
Learn to, say, listen to your breath, to enfold and soothe yourself to sleep immediately.
Worry is entirely counter-productive to your purposes.
You are right on in seeking support. That's wonderful medicine.
Even those we love, and who love us, may get caught in the trap of judging the wisdom of our healthcare ideas, and thereby waste the power generated by unconditional support.
Learning how to care for ourselves effectively may be a long process. I feel we can shorten the trip substantially by simply asking the body what it needs, perhaps as we fall asleep at night...and doing what the body suggests as very good ideas.
Somehow you will 'know'. You become wiser, daily.
Picture yourself as totally well, as though you have always been. Don't be surprised if you remember obstacles from your past. They may occur in your memory, once, before they melt away forever. And, you may have more obstacles than you thought. Take things one at a time, as they arise in your memory.
You mature, daily.
You will enjoy becoming well.
My best,
Fledgling
P.S. Use all of your lung capacity, whenever you think of it, gently. Slowly and gently exhale fully. Then you can't help but inhale fully...but do so slowly and gently and through your nose.
If you are in bed to sleep, it is good to listen to your breathing. It is wonderfully soothing.
Don't force yourself to drink water...rather become aware of when you are thirsty. Make any changes slowly, gently. You'll find that you are ready for some changes sooner than others.
And, check out the advantages of mineral balancing, automatically, with real 'Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts', in a footbath. (Search that term at CureZone.)
