Re: What do you recommend that I could easily get?

I actually am having 2-3 healthy bowel movements a day. I'm very glad my body is working that well. (I take L-glutamine every day, and eat an almost all-natural diet that contains plenty of fiber) Heck, all the tests of my health that I'd taken show everything (blood pressure, heart rhythm, breathing, etc.) to be normal... except my fasting blood Sugar is slightly high, which may be related to my abnormally high hunger, the one symptom I truly want to see gone and think may be related to mercury (well, that and my obnoxious annual cellulitis and/or fungal infection).

I drink so much water that I sometimes wake up early having to pee, so I'm probably getting enough water to help out.

And I take 800 IU of vitamin E, 6g of vitamin C, and one selenium and one zinc tablet every day, to help my body chelate what it can find.

So I'm doing this in addition to Renew Life's Heavy Metal Cleanse product.

And I generally feel very good. Yesterday AND the day before, I went for bike rides that lasted over an hour, and I was pedaling far more than I was coasting (I'm not big on coasting). Just full of energy at times. (I also go for a walk every day at work, and have energy to spare when I get back)

I will still be monitoring my body's reactions and feelings and if I notice anything getting generally worse, I will stop the product immediately and switch to just using the vitamins/minerals. I *am* having detox reactions or whatever you'd call them, which seem to randomly shift about (temporary dull headache, goes away and then I instead get upper back pain, which goes away and then I feel something else, etc.). But I generally feel pretty good.
