What do you recommend that I could easily get?
I had my dental
Amalgams removed at the end of March. I'll wait until July to use any ALA (I had a previous experience with fish oil that contained ALA that caused nasty symptoms involving my head, possibly due to redistributing mercury into my brain, back when I had
Amalgams and before I knew what ALA did).
Anyway, I'm taking 6g of vitamin C and 800 IU of vitamin E every day, along with selenium, and for unrelated reasons, L-glutamine. What else should I take?
I tried chlorella, but I puke it up and just can't tolerate it. I took MSM yesterday and today. I noticed my hunger/need for food seemed to decrease today (as it did when I had the fish oil - so abnormally high hunger may be a mercury symptom as I suspect), but I had read that MSM does little more than redistribute mercury throughout the body.
I'm unable to get ahold of DMSA anytime soon.
What else do you recommend? I had powerful candida or candida die off-like (not sure which) symptoms when I took NAC, which is said to feed candida (which I also have).
So, I can't get DMSA yet, chlorella makes me puke, and so as such, what else would you recommend I take? Preferably that I could buy at GNC or Whole Foods?
