Re: Any Ideas On How To Cure or Treat Autoimmune Disease?
Thank you HV. I am pretty much ditching everything and starting over. The Quercetin seems to be helping quite a bit with my aches and pains. It also warms me up nicely. I am worried about taking it long term so I hope my body balances out to where I don't have so much inflammation going on a daily basis.
I will discontinue the borage oil - I do not need hormonal problems.
I might try Amla, but there again I worry my body will not tolerate it. If not I will just have to eat Kiwis or something.
And as far as the pantothenic acid and B vitamins, I am trying the bee pollen again. If that doesn't work out for me then I will get some nutritional yeast.
I am curious about something. Does quercetin have the effect of increasing body temp in everybody or is it increasing *my* body temp by lowering the inflammation that is causing problems for my thyroid and adrenal glands?
I'm leaning towards the idea that it is warming me up by lowering my inflammation because when I took the oils that also lowered my inflammation and got rid of my terrible aching, my body temp warmed up with those also.
Do you think Chapparal and Pau D' Arco could resolve an autoimmune problem?
Are there risks in taking these herbs?
