I drank a cup of water kefir today, the first in a few days, and it really gave me a nice, mellow buzz that lasted through lunch for about 30 minutes. It's subtle, but still nice.
I did my time with food cravings. Not sure what to tell you about that. You can give in to them if you think they may only be temporary, but you're the one that has to decide if it's going to hurt you much or slow your progress.
