I have some magnescent at home but I have only tried it a couple of times, so I don't have enough experience to comment for you there. I know Trapper loves it and he WAS basically making his own version. He isn't making that anymore I believe, at least for the time being anyway.

I guess for me since I keep testing my bromide and it keeps going up I figure I am playing the numbers game....I have to pump enough Iodine/Iodide in me over time to balance/force out the other halogens, and I would prefer to hasten that process as much as I can without pushing my liver or kidneys too hard. And I have noticed I do better at higher doses. So i am currently taking 150mg of Iodoral daily, and some SSKI too.

So see how are doing over the next several weeks or so and maybe you play with upping your dose, or adding in some iodoral or lugol;s or SSKI ........

The great part with Iodine is usually your detox symptoms will diminish in several days if you overdo it......
