increased need calcium...causing calcifications...

Okay after further research in trying to figure out why these cysts were developing on me, I think I have it. In addition to the cysts I was not sleeping, insomnia had worsened since starting the iodine. I've been reading these boards for months (about six), and in one of the posts Newport said something about Iodine displacing calcium. That said,I was already calcium deficient because I had insomnia and hyperthyroidism which I think is related to a calcium deficiency.

Furthermore, for calcium to be absorbed into the body, you need vitamin D3 and MUCH MORE MAGNESIUM and Vitamin C. In addition, I have been trying to increase calcium absorption because magnesium and calcium are the two most alkaline minerals so increasing absorption of those, increases alkalinity... Based on the cancer tutor site, it says Magnesium 600 mg...so I take that along with half as much calcium.

For the last new days, I have been using Vitamin D3 and twice as much magnesium as calcium, I take these supplements with fresh lemon juice to increase absorption. This has worked, and not only have I noticed that the insomnia is better, the calcifications...that we are calling cysts...are starting to shrink a bit.
