Seeing "sebaceous cyst" on wombat's list of things castor oil is good for, reminded me about using iodine on sebaceous cysts. Specifically, Dr. Jonathan Wright suggested dabbing SSKI (saturated solution of potassium iodide) on a cyst, then following with a coat of DMSO to carry the iodine beneath the skin. No reason not to use the Lugol's you already have. Use Lugol's topically right over these places on your wrists and ankles. As soon as you can, get some DMSO to help the process. It's amazing how much faster skin problems will heal with the combo. That includes pimple breakouts on the face if you detox bromine that way.
