Re: Struggling Newby with thanks in advance...

As my dear Trapper always says here the stronger the detox the more you need it.

You just have to try to figure out how to get it into yourself without making things a mess.

Pulsing the dose
taking breaks
try lower doses and try higher doses
some of us here did better starting really slow and working up the dose......others tried 100mg /day or even higher and found they had less detox than the lower dose
I am one of those
sometimes people do better on Iodoral than Lugols
I am one of those too
I can do 100-150mg Iodoral no problem
12mg of Lugols gave me a headache from hell several months ago. Salt pusshes didn't touch it, it finally got better after I took several drops of SSKI .
some people also work with SSKI , which Trapper here sells for only a very short time more however.

ok, you got the salt and vitamin C covered. Try to get the C to 3g if you can. If you start getting crampy try salt and Potassium Chloride like 1/4tsp of each, you might even try it anyway since your potassium is low. If you take too much potassium you will have low blood pressure, so you have to watch that too. You need to add in the other companion nutrients:

Magnesium: 400-800mg/day possibly more divided doses malate or citrate
Selenium: 200mcg selenomethionine
B-complex
possibly higher doses of B2/3 read up on ATP cofactors from Optimox

some people find the addition of these companions reduces detox effects

Keep reading here, ask more questions, keep us posted

I am also a fan of Bentonite and psyllium.
Great absorbers of junk in the gut.

1 tbsp of Bentonite liquid and 1 tsp of psyllium powder once/day on an empty stomach

look into liver, kidney, and parasite cleanses too
want to have optimium detox pathways.......
