Just to add a little to what JT and Trapper and I have said....
Please remember we are all on a journey here. We are blazing some new paths in the world of Iodine.
We are doing some things here that even the Iodine Docs are not talking about.....at least publicly.
The folks that have been around for awhile have played the field so to speak in terms of types of Iodine and dosing. there is no magic formula.
sometimes you have to play a little to find what works for you. And then it may change again....
