thats great guys. i,m starting to understand the processes better already. got your email trapper i'll look into getting some KI in the uk perhaps..just so happens my next door neighbour is a chemist i'll see if he can get some for me to make up the SSKI . i'll keep u posted, thanks once again for all the advice here. i cant help but think there are a great many people suffering from not only thyroid issues but many other undiagnosable low level illnesses brought about by excess halides and basic lack of iodine...x
