I Understand your point...but
Vibrating,
It seems to me that while yes, our bodies have cycles throughout the day and that different organs are most active at certain times, ( I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine for 3 years), It would be more disruptive to the "harmony" to force a schedule that one is not accustomed to.
In Rygar's case...he is a "night owl" and somewhat nervous about the flush. Doesn't it make more sense to keep one's own "norm" vs. imposing an artificial one?
Pretty much all that would accomplish is making him go to bed at an hour he is unaccustomed, lie awake and think about what is happening, concentrate one the *potential* for nausea, and potentially undo all the work he did the prior day. It is my understanding that
The Clark Flush 's point is to purge the liver/Gall Bladder via mechanical methods, it is a disharmonious process no matter how you look at it.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the active times for the Gall Bladder/Liver is 11pm to 3am...so
The Clark Flush is off by one hour anyway.
I am afraid that I must respectfully disagree with your assessmant.
