Thanks for the clarification of the schedule, Texas - I know I'd be confused, too, if I had the same schedule I used to, which was very similar to rygar's - luckily it now follows the standard one a bit more...!

I'm also planning my first flush a little over a week from now and have a few leftover anxieties about nausea (though Staci R. allayed some of my fears about nausea when she posted some great tips when she described hers).
