Today is the big day!!!

i need some advice, i am a night owl and i just woke up at 1PM- i go to bed around 4:00 am, so to modify my times, i should start taking the ES at around five hours before i take the OO/GF mix correct? i got some ginger shnaps and everything all set up..a garbage pail handy just in case.

so the procedure goes as follows right?

two doses of ES on the day of the cleanse and two doses the next day about two hours apart from eachother at a teaspoon each (upon awakening)?

i can't wait to get the first one over with..i have a very strong feeling that this is exactly the root of my upper shoulder tenseness as well as the tightness in my midsection..actually tightness all over my body from all the congestion, i hope this clears things up.
