to break the fast i juiced for a week, no solide food, the next week i ate only raw fruit and veg, after that I included home made vegtable soup and kept that up for 2 weeks, then I added rice and it didnt sit well with my stomach so I used quinoa insted, I was doing this for a month. after that my diet consisted of brown rice, lentils beans and vegtable soup and of course fruit and veg, I felt great, but would eat large amounts of it in order to stop feeling hungry. Im talking 3 bowls of soup or rice and lentils per meal, one after another.
