Your metabolism will always depend on your body size and need! As you become smaller you will naturally need less to function, hence you will have to eat less to maintain.


This does make sense, but 3 months ago I did a fast for 11 days...and after the fast (brocken with juiceing then raw fruit and veg) My appetite was bigger than ever! I ate soooo much (plant based vegan non processed diet) why did this happen? even on days when I would have normal food (veg pizza, garlic bread) I would eat larger quantities that I did before I even fasted and still not feel satisfied. I only gained back 5 lbs intotal because I didnt go back to deep fried or processed food and only had dairy on no more than 4 days total, I dont want a huge appetite after this fast, what should I do?
